Energetic Acupuncture—Holistic WellnessIn 2013, I left the corporate world to follow a deeper calling into Traditional Chinese Medicine—a path that first opened up for me through my own struggle with anxiety and chronic digestive issues. Acupuncture was my last resort, but after just one session, I felt the shift my body had been desperately seeking. Over the years, I’ve come to understand that physical symptoms often reflect deeper emotional imbalances, and true healing requires tending to both. Now, I support others through acupuncture and breathwork, combining ancient wisdom with embodied practices to help people feel better in their bodies and reconnect with their emotional well-being.
