Lions Club of London - Hendon

Lions Club of London - Hendon is part of the world's largest network of voluntary service organisations, Lions Clubs International, which has as its prime objective to create and foster a spirit of understanding among the peoples of the world. Lions Clubs take an active interest in the civic, cultural, social and moral welfare of their communities and promote the principles of good government and good citizenship. The money raised by the Lions is used principally to help people in the local community, but also, in line with the Lions’ worldwide perspective, to help those in need in other countries, particularly the Third World.Lions District 105A stretches from the areas of London (north of the Thames) Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire. With over 1200 members and 66 clubs we serve our local communities and across the globe since 1965. We are friends and family who share a common passion "To Serve" and make a difference.
