Dr. Hardesty is a speaker, facilitator, and nationally certified executive coach who has worked at Mayo Clinic for over 26 years and recently launched her own company called “Look Up”. Her work through Look Up connects, empowers, and ignites individuals, opening up the possibilities and potential that we all have to live fulfilling, impactful lives.She cares deeply about health and well-being, developing leaders, and investing in individuals and teams to optimize functioning and performance. Through her work at Look Up so far, she has focused on women, female athletes, and building high performing teams.She has extensive training as a board-certified doctorate level Clinical Health Psychologist, highlighting Positive Psychology and robust models of well-being. She has produced podcasts on resilience, speaks to large groups internal and external to Mayo Clinic, and has published on the topic of “Burnout in Women Physicians”.Current roles also include co-directing executive education related to innovation and harnessing disruptive technologies, with specific expertise when adopting new technologies, building change agility, and optimizing individual and organizational resilience during times of transformation.
