I am passionate about sharing practices that have helped me so much in my life - including somatic dance, meditation, inner child hypnotherapy, sound healing, heart opening Cacao, nature therapy, and Human Design. I am a certified Elemental Life Coach and Human Design Reader. I also have my B.Sc in Earth Science (my initial connection with mama Gaia).
