Hello I am Lisa. I have a Diploma to teach 'Mindfulness & Positive Psychology', from the 'Irish Mindfulness Academy'. I teach 6 week courses, covering informal and formal mindfulness, 7 foundational attitudes of mindfulness, neuroscience, positive psychology which includes gratitude journaling, flow activities and lots more.
