Literary Translation Events Ltd is a company owned and operated by Ian Giles that organises events for literary translators in the UK. Ian is a translator of the Scandinavian languages into English, the current Chair of the Translators Association and a former Chair of the Swedish-English Literary Translators’ Association. Ian has extensive experience in organising events and conferences in multiple fields both independently and with a range of organisations and institutions.
