Airing the first Saturday of each month at 4:00 P.M. on WUAF 107.9 FM and streaming online via www.angelradionetwork.net the show has evolved into a platform advocating for at-risk youth transitioning out of foster care, those in alternative schools and individuals involved in the justice system reentry program.Introducing the SCAR ProgramBorn from the insights and experiences shared on our radio show, the SCAR Program—standing for Serious, Committed, Accountable, Responsible—was established to address the pressing needs of at-risk youth and young adults. This initiative targets underserved, disadvantaged, and troubled youth, as well as individuals navigating the challenges of reentering society post-incarceration.The SCAR Program serves as a behavior modification, character-building framework designed to help participants overcome systemic barriers and foster resilience.
