Love Surrounds You – Out of the Darkness Memorial Fund honors the memory of Kristen Tenpenny by enhancing public awareness and understanding for mental health and suicide prevention efforts. These efforts include participating in motorcycle rides and walks for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, the local veterans, and adolescence programs by raising money and awareness for World Suicide Prevention Month in September.The above Memorial Fund is established as a division of CharitySmith Nonprofit Foundation (EIN 87-0636433). All donations are tax deductible in accordance with federal tax law. Receipts for tax purposes are sent via US Mail within two weeks of donation.
