Lyndsay is also a sleep, stress and recovery coach.Lyndsay loves helping people to achieve more than they thought possible and help them navigate lifestyle issues to improve their wellbeing and overall health.Lyndsay likes to work collabiratively with like minded coaches and fitness providers. In organising fitness and wellness events, the aim is to motivate people into living an active life they can enjoy and maintain.As a collective, we will be running a variety of events to benefit our local community.
