About

Having spent the beginning of my professional life in the healthcare system, I saw first hand the effects of unresolved pain and trauma manifesting in my patients lives. I saw doctors and nurses addressing symptoms only to have patients re admitting for treatment within a few weeks. I also saw the emotional impact a lot of the health complications had on my patients and how it affected their recovery. This started me on my path to more holistic approaches to healing and addressing the underlying energies associated with pain, discontent and unhappiness with life.After years of diving into deeper healing approaches, I came across Mystical Life Coaching and HypnoBreathwork. I felt the deep wisdom and resonance to these processes throughout my whole body and I knew that this was something I needed to be apart of. Having gone through the program myself, I know first hand the incredible depth of healing that is achieved and I knew I needed to share it with others who are also on the path back to themselves.I am incredibly honored to be able to guide individuals back to their own power and to help them rediscover their wholeness.
