Mango Mental Health (MMH) is a group counselling practice located in Burnaby, BC that offer both in-person and virtual therapy services. Rooted in client-focused and trauma-informed approaches, our therapists works closely with individuals who may be experiencing various mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem barriers, and who are wanting a positive shift towards their version of a meaningful life. At Mango Mental Health, our intention is to create a safe, welcoming space for clients to explore and connect with themselves, with trust and understanding as the foundation of the therapeutic work. Grounded in an anti-oppressive and culturally responsible framework, Mango Mental Health values meeting clients at their pace, wherever they are at in their journey.
