As a 43-year-old mother of two, my mission is to guide girls through one of life’s most important rites of passage, helping them embrace their uniqueness, celebrate diversity, and build confidence that shines from within.Over the past two years, I’ve been on a profound spiritual journey that has strengthened my commitment to helping girls connect with their true selves. Through my programme, we delve into topics such as body image, beauty ideals, puberty, periods, emotional intelligence, and the power of boundaries. I aim to equip girls with critical thinking skills, emotional resilience, and tools to navigate friendships, relationships, and their growing sense of self-worth.I also support parents through engaging talks and workshops, encouraging mums and dads to work alongside their daughters. Together, we create a supportive environment where girls can transition from childhood into young womanhood with confidence, strength, and self-awareness.Join me in empowering the next generation of girls to grow into strong, self-assured women who know their worth and shine with inner beauty.
