Hi, I’m Marta – a certified Mindset Coach with a holistic approach to personal growth and emotional healing.I create and guide transformational group spaces: in-person circles for women, men, and LGBTQ+ individuals in Exeter, and online group coaching and workshops. My sessions are rooted in mindfulness, subconscious work, breathwork, and energy awareness, helping people reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, and move through limiting beliefs.These gatherings are not therapy – they are warm, safe spaces to be seen and heard without judgement.
