Martyn Blundell / Institute Research Lab

Martyn has has an MA in Fine Art and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.With over 25 years teaching experience, he has worked at Norwich, Loughborough, Central St Martins and Nottingham Trent Universities, with fine art, graphic design, textiles, fashion and decorative arts students at degree level, and graphic design and textiles at MA level.​His strategies for teaching drawing have been developed from his own experiences when learning to draw. His methods are well proven and challenge many of the traditional models of tuition.​Martyn has exhibited internationally and has major works in many public and private collections including MOMA Machynlleth, the Djanogly Collection, University of Hertfordshire and Wolverhampton Museum and Art Gallery.
