A long-term passion project, The Coats Group have created an incredible oasis right in the heart of Fortitude Valley. MAYA Mexican is a stunning rooftop restaurant offering everything from long lunches to late night cocktails, all whilst enjoying panoramic views of our dazzling city skyline.Step out of the elevator and into a striking, all-white palette blended with stone, marble and timber, fringed with lush greenery and desert cactus galore. The contempary design features an increased seating area and, depending on the mood, guests can enjoy a different dining experience across several key spaces - enjoy a cocktail on our rooftop courtyard, relax in oversized lounges, or be tucked away in intimate semi-circular booths.
