Hi! My name is McKenzie (also known as McKfitty on my social channels) & I am a San Diego based personal trainer with a FIRE for helping people find their inner strength through fitness. Some of my absolute favorite things in life include basically anything outdoors, plants (I'm a happy mama to 34 plant babies), new experiences with friends, and health!
