Maki's journey started 25 years ago with her first Pranayama/Meditation certification, privileged of studying directly under Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. She has dedicated the past 10+ years of her life to studying and gaining knowledge to be able to serve and share in the most responsible way.She is considered an experienced Yoga teacher with over 2000 hours of training, and over 3.500 hours of in-person teaching.She's an avid learner who holds teacher certifications from accredited schools in: Hatha, Vinyasa, Meditation, Pranayama, Budokon, Shred, Restorative, Dharma, SUP, Aerial, Trauma Informed, Yin, Nidra, Adaptive, Sound Healing and Ayurveda.
