Founder & Director,Jaclyn Long,is a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist, a Somatic IFS Therapist and a Certified Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher. We offer experiential retreats for therapists and medical professionals, as well as counseling for all residents of California. Our IFS Retreats are offered in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as internationally. Our Counseling is offered via Teletherapy for residents residing anywhere in California as well as in person in our offices in Los Altos, San Jose and Half Moon Bay, CA.
