Minister Patricia Fowler is a 20 plus year survivor of Domestic Violence. She is a Certified Victims Services Advocate, based out of Virginia, but services the DMV areas. She is a licensed and ordained Minister. She teaches workshops and speaks at different events related to Domestic Violence. She is a five time author. She has a mission to teach and educate as many people as she can on domestic violence. She ultimately looks to open a transitional home for survivors of women and children who escape their situation.
