MITT Responsive Career Pathways Project

In March of 2023, the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology (MITT) joined forces with Blueprint to create a proactive career services and skills development model for working Canadians. Through this project, we aim to enable workers to invest in their career development, develop a change-ready mindset, and navigate their careers with clarity and confidence.Responsive Career Pathways for Working Canadians is funded by the Government of Canada’s Future Skills Centre.
