My name is Irena Moore and I am the founder of Moore Healing & Empowerment LLC. I am a certified sound healer and meditation teacher and practitioner. Based in Middlesex County, NJ, MHE aims to aid, support, and lead others on a path of self-empowerment and emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Through the use of holistic methods such as sound healing and meditation, we strive to strengthen, balance, and promote wellness in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy. I facilitate both virtual and in person groups, workshops, and retreats for people of all ages.
