Ms. Bianca Allen

Ms. Bianca Allen is a local drag artist in Ottawa. Bianca has a very passionate history with drag dating all the way back to 1999. Bianca is the resident performer at a local queer establishment. Bianca is also the drag coordinator there as well. By day Bianca works a regular 9-5 job and by night dazzles with her drag. Bianca created Hearts and Heels Events to begin an independent drag experience for the community that isn't bound to a bar or establishment. Heels and Heart Events hopes to grow and bring drag to different places across the Eastern Ontario area.
