MS Capital City Pride

Capital City Pride's mission is to provide safe spaces for the LGBTQ+ community while advocating for their needs and intentionally creating opportunities to mentor emerging leaders in the Jackson Metro area. The Vision of Capital CIty Pride is to build a community of people with diverse gender identities and sexual orientations who are united, visible, and equal with all Mississippians. Our goals are (1) to be an organization that is an integral part of the LGBTQ+ equality movement, (2) to create social change and a sense of community that supports LGBTQ+ people and our allies, and (3) to have engaged and effective leaders that strive to advance our values. Our values are Courage, Inclusion, and Legacy.
