Hello! My name is Vanessa. My purpose is to provide a safe space for all human beings where they can be themselves. I value vulnerability and stepping into your power. My goal is to create an environment and community to embrace and express the beautiful unique qualities we all have!I’m a certified Yoga Instructor, Breathwork facilitator and Sound Therapist. I like to implement Somatic modalities, Sound Therapy, Breathwork, Yoga for all levels, and many other activities for a mind/body/heart connection! My goal is to strive for connection and allow everyone to experience the power of Holistic Wellness without the financial burden. My duty is to serve and make these services accessible to everyone!
