El Museo UPAEP se funda en 1995, originalmente se encontraba en la av. 3 norte no. 3, en 2008 se muda a su actual sede en el Barrio de Santiago, el propósito principal del Museo es ser un espacio accesible a las comunidades, en el que los visitantes aprendan sobre arte, historia, ciencia y temas de actualidad mientras se divierten.
