Welcome to my cooking workshop series where I take you on a culinary journey through Southeast Asia’s favorite street foods! Originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I grew up finding my joy in the simplest of foods served by various cultures. My journey goes beyond Malaysian cuisine as I travel the world (19 countries so far) to explore and learn to make foods from different cuisines, just to bring them back to my current hometown right here in Lansing. In each workshop, you’ll learn how to recreate these street foods right in your kitchen with ingredients easily found in local markets in the area. So, don’t wait.
