Natalie Remee is a soca loving, powerlifting fitness presenter, personal trainer and group instructor. She teaches and motivates people at fitness events, conventions and weekenders throughout the country and abroad as well as at her regular classes. When she is not teaching groups or training individuals, she can be found in the gym on the nearest weightlifting platform. Natalie is a mum of two and particularly passionate advocating strength training, body positivity, mental and physical wellness for women.
