I'm Nathalie Brewer, artist, art teacher and yoga teacher. Since being diagnosed with cancer in 2018, I’ve lived on the edge of life and death, reinventing myself again and again by listening closely and attuning to what life is asking of me next. I choose to live deliberately and to listen to the mystery of life who seeks to express itself through us all.This year, I’ve taken a gap year from my professional life to follow the mystery. I believe healing is not just physical; it’s creative, spiritual, and fiercely alive. 
My daily practice is to stay inside 'This One Day' to experience what happens when we stop waiting for someday and start claiming the power of today.
