Led by Gina Paolozzi, a certified forest bathing guide and special education teacher, our sessions provide a peaceful escape from modern life's demands.We specialize in mom & baby nature bonding, toddler nature play, and prenatal forest bathing experiences in Saddle River, NJ. Each program is thoughtfully designed to support mental, physical, and emotional well-being while fostering meaningful connections in nature.We welcome participants of all abilities and customize our sessions to ensure everyone can access the healing benefits of the outdoors.
