I'm Klara Tselenchuk, a Registered Nurse and Certified Forest Therapy Guide with a deep passion for reconnecting people with nature and themselves. Through mindful experiences in the natural world, I help cultivate self-care, love, and compassion as we navigate the complexities of life. For over a decade, I worked as a bedside nurse in acute care settings, witnessing both the resilience and fragility of the human spirit. It wasn’t until the pandemic and my own mental health journey, however, that I truly understood the power of healing through nature. Recovering from nurse burnout, homeschooling challenges, and personal upheavals like divorce, I found myself disconnected and lost. Nature became my medicine, helping me rediscover purpose, meaning, and my own identity. This journey led me to a profound realization: We are not separate from nature – we are a part of it. In our modern world, we’ve forgotten this truth, but reconnecting with the natural world allows us to reconnect with ourselves. My mission is to rebuild this connection, helping others find healing and wholeness through nature. I believe true wellness begins with rediscovering who we are by reigniting our relationship with nature. Mental health struggles often arise when we’re out of alignment with our true selves, but nature, with its boundless beauty and patience, offers us a pathway back to wholeness. The events I host are all designed to facilitate this reconnection:* Nature Connection Walks* Guided Forest Therapy Walks* Nature Connection Through ArtWhether you're seeking relief from the chaos of daily life or hoping to rediscover your sense of purpose, you are not alone. Nature is here, waiting to welcome you home – to remind you that you are whole, just as you are."Nature is the new medicine – you can take as much as you want, and you can't overdose on it." ~ Klara
