The New Mexico Interscholastic Cycling League (NMCL) is a project of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) – a California-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.We’re here to have fun on bikes with our whole community. Being inclusive, and welcoming athletes from diverse backgrounds and abilities.Promote fun and fitness for NM youth and their families. We teach not only riding but how to be responsible and respectful trail users and stewards.
