New Wellness North Foundation is a women-led nonprofit organization that provides accessible mental health support to underserved communities. We design and deliver compassionate, culturally inclusive services for youth, seniors, Indigenous groups, and individuals facing financial barriers.Our programs include individual and group counselling, stress management workshops, grief support, and life skills training—all aimed at fostering emotional resilience and personal growth. We also create internship opportunities for graduate students in counselling psychology, helping to strengthen the future of mental health care.Through a combination of professional expertise and heartfelt community engagement, we work to ensure that everyone—regardless of their background—has access to the support they need to thrive.
