Nina Fraser

​Born in UK, Nina Fraser has been living in Portugal since 2014. She has exhibited her work internationally in galleries, artist run project spaces, festivals and museums. She has extensive management experience as a grassroots community builder, co-founding a community arts cafe and venue when she was just 23 years old. As an advocate for creativity as a foundation for development, she facilitates workshops and talks within the visual arts, working with international schools, universities, and independent art venues. She conceives her artistic practice as a shared journey, co-creating projects and practical structures to improve our social and human experience. In 2020, she co-produced the online platform SUPERSONIC, providing cultural activities to the public while financially supporting artists during the pandemic. Her collages been published in magazines and books, including, most recently; “Collage Care: Transforming Emotions & Life Experiences” edited by Kanyer Art Collection, 2021. Her work is represented in public and private collections worldwide.
