Nocte Covina Burlesque is a Norfolk, Virginia based burlesque production company and troupe run by local performers Isabel Astrum and Salem Sirene. Fierce warriors of the body positivity movement, Nocte Covina Burlesque provide a safe space for performers and audience members of all shapes, sizes, colors, and abilities. Bringing back the Art of the Tease NCB caters to the more classic side of burlesque with traditional bumps, grinds and shimmies, showcasing the strut and strip style of burlesque. Salem and Isabel each bring their own appeal and stylized flair to the stage, providing audiences with a live entertainment experience that is sure to leave its mark. Additionally the gals of Nocte Covina also teach burlesque classes at The Venue on 35th in Norfolk, VA that emphasize self love, body positivity, and personal growth.
