Over the past 14+ years in Germany, I've experienced the highs and lows of expat life firsthand—loneliness, disconnection, unemployment, financial uncertainty, and navigating the bureaucratic maze with limited language skills. It’s hard enough to face these challenges in a familiar culture, let alone far from the comforts and support systems of home.That’s why I founded here & now, a space dedicated to supporting expat women—whether you’re just arriving or have been here for years. My mission is to help you not only survive the transition but to thrive and build a life full of freedom and purpose in this foreign land.Because once we’ve tackled the basic struggles of living abroad, we can begin to see the opportunity it offers—a chance to rediscover and redefine ourselves. And that’s where the beauty of this journey truly lies.I organize women circles, workshops and social gatherings - online and offline in Berlin.
