North Dakota One Call

North Dakota One Call is a non-profit association of underground facility owners and excavators joined together to create a One-Call or a Call Before You Dig system in North Dakota. Our organization contracts with a Call Center that receives phone or internet based requests for location information of the underground utilities of our members. That Call Center, in turn, notifies our member underground facility owners when and where your excavation is to take place so they can mark the location of their underground facilities and mark their location utilizing colored flags, whiskers, or paint and provides a positive response back to the excavator.Each year utilities around various cities in North Dakota facilitate meetings regarding the rules, regulations, and recommendations regarding the One-Call / Call Before You Dig System and safe excavation during the slow excavation months of March and April.
