Established in 2018 , Nosferatu Distillery was born under a unique philosophy and goal; to match gin and food. Providing a refreshing new take on gin, we aimed to do what no other distillery had done before.With a horror-noir and folklore aesthetic, Nosferatu gins stand out with a flair of film and arts presentation. Since 2022, we have introduced Brisbane into the creed of gin and food pairings with a Bowen Hills distillery - spreading their gin doctrine through their bar and café which provides private events and tastings.
