Nurtured Minds Wellness and Therapy services provides holistically-informed clinical therapy and other events to anyone seeking change, growth or renewal.We have offices in Leduc and Calmar and also offer nature based services, guided forest therapy and retreats near Wizard Lake.Our retreats are typically offered on our 40 acre forested property which is equipped with trails, firepits, a nature based office and outhouse.Shorter retreats/ workshops include tea and all day events also include lunch or dinner.Our retreats vary but may include activities that focus on self-awareness, creating space for growth, embodiment, meditation, self-reflection. They may also include yoga, guided forest therapy and sound bowl healing- please see each individual event for specific details.We hope to see you in the forest!
