Oak + Ollie Sourdough Creations

Hi there! I'm Dominique. My passion for sourdough began many years ago when we were searching for alternatives to traditional bread due to my husbands gluten sensitivities. Sourdough became an instant hobby of mine and I started Oak + Ollie in November of 2023. What started as selling simple kits transpired into the business of my dreams while I stay home with our three little boys. We love participating in our local farmers markets and typically make 70+ loaves each week. We host a monthly sourdough workshop in varying cities throughout Virginia and have had the pleasure of teaching nearly 300 students!!!
