Odelia Lao

Odelia Lao (she/her) is a movement guide (yoga/barre), an ACC-certified life coach, and a human design reader who helps clients take action with intention. Her style of teaching yoga focuses on cultivating people's mind, body, and spirit connections. She has taught over 1000 movement classes in both barre and yoga, and pays attention to each participant with love and care. She integrates her encouraging, mindful energy as a yoga/barre teacher with her curious, compassionate presence as a life coach. With an MBA and ten years of experience in fashion and marketing, Odelia believes in bringing the heart back into business, without the burnout. Her mission is to empower clients to access their innate creativity and authenticity, so they can share their strengths with the collective.
