Hello,I am Taft, the creator ofOdyssey Breath & Sound. I use the combined crafts of breathwork and sound baths to instill healing, integration, and awakening to our natural harmony with the natural world. I have been working with Fortune 500 companies for 20 years to bring them the value of executive life coaching, and in recent years I have trained under Dan Brulé and the O2Collective to become a breath worker, and under Mike Reed of Sound Quest Academy to hone my craft of sound bath healing. It is in the combination of these two modalities where we can connect fully with the energies of the natural world and establish equanimity with our deeper nature.
