The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) is authorized by Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes to enforce the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substance Act (UCDSA). OBN is also authorized to investigate criminal offenses related to human trafficking and money laundering. OBN is composed of four investigative divisions: Diversion, Enforcement West, Enforcement Central, and Enforcement East.
