ONE STEP BEFORE

We are underrepresented pre-medical students interested in promoting the matriculation of minority students into medical school and other institutions of higher learning which support the healthcare sector. We aim to empower our members by addressing the unique issues that underrepresented students in medicine face, cultivating long-lasting bonds between our members, addressing community health challenges affecting minority communities, and providing the necessary support and resources catered to the specific needs of our members as they progress to medical school. We believe it is vital to improve diversity among doctors and health workers in our state and country. Based at The University of Utah
