One World Grannies

One World Grannies was formed in 2006 to support grandmothers in sub-Saharan Africa who are caring for the millions of children who lost parents during the AIDS pandemic. We organize events to raise funds for the Stephen Lewis Foundation's Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign and do advocacy on behalf of these courageous senior women; for example advocating for Canadian support for the Global Fund.
