PADUCAH DIVERSITY ADVOCACY BOARD

The purpose of the Paducah Diversity Advocacy Board [PDAB] is to serve as an (1) advocacy Board for DEI as it concerns the local Paducah and regional community on issues regarding strategies that promote and improve positive outcomes for marginalized communities and (2) assist local city government, businesses, non-profits, educational institutions, medical facilities, and economic development leadership entities in strengthening their relationship with diverse community groups, especially historically underrepresented communities. PDAB shall be independent, shall not be a subdivision of any government agency, and shall not be considered a public agency.
