My Name is Patrick, and I don’t really have a fitness journey.I have been training since I was 15 and the reason why I was training was because I wanted to be good in football. I was a Defensive End and was pretty good at it. At 18 I was all provincial (equivalent All state to the U.S. folks) and being said I was being scouted, merely because of my training off the field and because of my hard work. Eventually once football was over for me, I never stop training, and someone told me why I don’t become a trainer. I never thought of helping people to work out but once I got my first client to reach their fitness goal, I found that this was my calling. So ever since then I have been training and constantly learning new styles and technique to improve my skillset. Fitness isn’t a journey for me its my way of life. As for my own results because I stop playing football, I dropped from 250lbs to about 210lbs, being about just under 10% body fat as we speak. Also, my goal is to go back to school so I can become a physiotherapist so I can help even more people improve their quality of life.I want to thank you guys for taking the time to read this and I would love feedback on the routine and workout. You can email me personally at: patrick.ross@litefitness.ca
