I have been in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years, working mostly for Italian restaurants in NYC and SF. Several years ago I opened Bottivino, a business devoted to retail and educational events on the Italian wine experience. From my office in Richmond, I provide clients with monthly wines subscriptions and detailed educational materials. Wine events are brought directly to clients across the Bay Area, both for businesses as well as private clients. I travel to Italy at least once a year and love educating curious palates on Italian wine, food and culture.
