Pernilla is a CMA certified sound healing facilitator, devoted to guiding others on a transformative journey towards self-discovery and inner balance. Mainly based in South East London and Kent, she offers regular Sound Bath Meditations for groups and 1-1 Sound Therapy sessions. With a deep passion for sound and wellness, she combines her expertise as a Reiki practitioner and Yoga teacher to create relaxing and restorative experiences. Rooted in Latin America-inspired shamanic traditions and the meditative practices of Zen Buddhism, she offers a holistic approach that promotes healing on every level - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. She loves creating an environment where people can unwind, reflect, and emerge feeling more centered and vibrant!
