With a deep passion for sound and wellness, she combines her expertise as a Reiki practitioner and Yoga teacher to create relaxing and restorative experiences. Rooted in Latin America-inspired shamanic traditions and the meditative practices of Zen Buddhism, she offers a holistic approach that promotes healing on every level - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. She loves creating an environment where people can unwind, reflect, and emerge feeling more centered and vibrant!
