Although now a Business coach, Phil was previously an MD of a Kent-based Marketing Agency for 17 years, being responsible for;✓ Discovering the right marketing medium, message and approach for clients’ needs.✓ Finding and developing staff to fill the sales, marketing, accounts and production positions.✓ Systemising the business to provide the control he wanted, plus a predictable level of growth.✓ Taking responsibility for profit and loss.He now helps other business owners create a business that could work without them, by helping them see what their priorities are.
