Phillip Baynard - PAB Management

Phillip Baynard “Shrugs”is thee Entrepreneur Extraordinaire! Born and raised in Louisville, KY. I am a graduate of duPont Manual High School/Youth Performing Arts School and Sullivan University. After graduating from Sullivan, I spent many years in the childcare and human services field. During that time I started my own company called PAB Management. Since starting PAB Management in 2015 I have become a full time entrepreneur and am now embarking on the journey of becoming a successful Paparazzi Independent Consultant. As the owner of PAB Management and Accessorize With Shrugs there’s a wide variety of services and products offered.
